Room Service, where I bought it is a retro store. It has an old cord on it, and, in general, that feel of old stuff.

It constantly surprises me that lamp that look retro are being made. The lamp looks like something from the 60s (?) or 70s(?). I have noticed that trend for a while, ie cars, the PT Cruiser, the 2005(?) Mustang. I think it is good now, these things are better now, hopefully, with newer, better technology
