Robert has thorough and interesting summary of the Clay Christensen clip from IT Conversations. Robert’s become an instance podcast convert. After getting his sweet photo iPod earlier this week, he came into my office yesterday and talked for some time, very excitedly (is that a word?) about what he’d been listening to. It was awesome. People are always over this notion that us coder mongrels need to learn more of the business angle of The Industry if we’re to survive, and this listening to much of the content on IT Conversations does a great deal to help that. Not that Robert needs that edu-ma-cation: I’m just saying that podcasts can be a real source of training and education for “Professionals.”And, of course, as Robert reminds us “you can’t spell “content” without C, O, T, E.” Yuh!

has a good post discussing how companies can help “grassroots recruits” in response to my post on LinkedIn vs craigslist.org.
