First off congradulations on the new gig.  Should be interesting.

I just listened to your podcast here.  After getting the part about Willy the winder, I think there is any interesting point about doing Open Source as a one or two person venture.

Nobody has really explained to me how to make money on that.  I&#039;m sitting on quite a bit of code here, and I&#039;m tempted to release it as open source, but I can&#039;t figure out how that benefits me.

The problem with the OS model is there are a few rock stars that make it big and a ton of roadies that do all the work, but barely make enough to buy a development box.]]></description>
